Thank you for stopping by. My purpose in forming this counselling group is to provide  therapies that reach everybody. The need for variety is great and you don't always want to meet at an office. Maybe a walk and talk, expressive therapy such as art dance or drama. Perhaps a wellness week? 

Children and Youth Wellness Camps are something I'm personally excited to provide on my 6 acres at the Shuswap. The calendar is available and costs associated are tax deductible. 

It is important that therapies are covered. Mental health is as important as physical health so providers such as Pacific Blue Cross, can process your claim so counselling is at no cost to you.
